Shipping policy

Arovana partners with DHL, FedEx, Ferrari, and Brinks to ensure your order arrives safely. We offer complimentary shipping on all deliveries.

Your shipment is fully insured and requires a signature when it is delivered. Insurance coverage ends once the parcel is delivered and signed for.

Jewellery in stock is delivered within 3 to 7 business days. If it is not, our master artisans begin crafting your jewel immediately and will ship directly from our atelier within 25 business days.

Return policy

Exchanges or refunds are offered within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for an item of equal or greater value. To proceed with an exchange, please contact us.

Refunds

Refunds are available to the original purchaser and are issued to the payment method used for the initial purchase. Processing may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Conditions

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, along with the receipt and all accessories: boxes, booklets, tags, and protective elements. No exchanges or refunds are accepted for personalised products.
